Your site can (and should) be as individual as your business. It should
reflect your mission and speak to your audience. If you look at the home
page, you can see the scrolling text. At the top of this, and every page,
you can see the marquee. Those are just a couple
features
you can receive on your site.
Sites are great for business as well as special events, such as weddings and
family reunions.
Some sites are very simple. For example,
www.bandahauling.com. is very
basic. The owner wanted a couple pictures and a fun, eye-catching graphic,
(which was easy to find online) otherwise, the site is small and
straightforward, outlining his services.
The site,
www.gospeltab.net. has lots of pictures, and multiple pages. The church
utilized its own photos to present great presentations and added its own original music.
I love the fun features of websites.
If you look to the left, you can see the graphic display . This effect works
with text as well as graphics demonstrated on the home page. Enjoy the
pictures from my family's weekend on Virginia Beach, an outdoor concert on
Maryland's Eastern Shore, and snapshots of my rooms in my home. I shared my
favorite picture with you. One cold Easter morning after a sunrise service ,
my son took a picture of Sugarloaf Mountain in Dickerson, MD just as the sun
was coming up.
Some of the other features available include
voice-over effects.
This is ideal for music snippets and highlighting products and services.
